AAC block cutting machine of STM With introducing advanced technology at home and abroad, we produced a complete set of aerated concrete equipments with ground turn over(hydraulic turn over) cutting machine, air turn over cutting machine according to different cutting process, which are able to produce aerated blocks and panels no more than 6m in length. Provide complete set of fly ash aerated block equipment, apply to annual output of 50,000-300,000m3. Provide complete set of sand aerated block equipment, apply to annual output of 50,000-300,000m3. Applicable materials: Fly ash, sand, lime, gypsum, cement, water, aluminum powder and paste of aluminum powder. Work Principle: The turnover sling turns over the mould 900 in the air, demoulds the blank and put it on the cutting table along with the side plate. The blank on the cutting table is cut by the veritcal cutting machine driving through the motor with its own running, and walk at the pause position after cutting. Then the cutting machine is driving through the motor with its own running to the center of the blank to finish horizontally cutting. The horizontal cutting frame drops and cuts vertically from up to down until it is reset upward.
